companies, state and local municipalities.
Under federal and/or state law, a title company can only provide title
closing services, and under federal and/or state law is forbidden from
unlicensed practice of the law and providing legal advice in any capacity.
However, the Law Office of Duane E. Baum, P.A. is not licensed under
Florida law to provide legal advice on real estate transactions but we are an
approved title agent several national title insurance companies. This means
that we can cover every aspect of the real estate transaction for our
residential and commercial clients.
